About Dr. Shirin Farhadian
Dr. Shirin Farhadian graduated from dental school in 2013. Dr. Farhadian is a Board certified periodontal specialist and level III anesthesiologist.
Dr. Farhadian has been involved in basic and clinical research and has published several articles in the field dentistry and bone tissue engineering. She has presented her clinical work and research nationally and internationally. In one of her advanced research projects, she studied over 2500 patients with gum disease to evaluate the synergistic effect of smoking and diabetes mellitus on treatment of these patients.
She is an active member of many professional associations including American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, and Dental honor society.
In her leisure time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, cycling, hiking with her husband and their golden retrievers Cooper & Molly
About Dr. Nidhi Shah
Dr. Nidhi Shah grew up in Gujarat, India. She attended Dharmsinh Desai University, one of the prestigious Universities in India and received her Bachelor Of Dental surgery in 2010. She served in a community health center as a dentist before moving to the states. After coming to the United States, Dr. Shah earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry, Indiana. During dental school, Dr. Shah was actively involved with American Student Dental Association, Student Professionalism and Ethics Association in Dentistry and American Association of Public Health Dentistry. Dr. Shah also achieved many scholarships, awards and honors while in dental school.
Dr. Shah is committed to providing excellent dental care to her patients. She is always eager to become a better dentist and keeps learning new skills and earns many continuing dental education to benefit her patients. Volunteering and serving the community is part of her life. So far, Dr. Shah has volunteered in many dental and non dental events for American Cancer society, The Health Trust, Give Kids A Smile Day, Mission of Mercy, Special Olympics and many more.
In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
About Brenda & Itzel
Registered Dental Assistants Brenda is a graduate of George Bush High School in Houston, TX. She joined the 1 Stop Dentistry team as a registered dental assistant. Brenda focuses on making her patients comfortable while receiving the best care. Her main goal is to help her patients achieve their best smile. In her spare time she enjoys being with family, friends & traveling.
Registered Dental Assistants Itzel is a graduate of George Bush High School in Houston, TX. She joined the 1 Stop Dentistry team as a registered dental assistant. Itzel is very passionate in the dental field. She enjoys helping her patients look their best so they can feel their best. In her spare time she enjoys playing sports , baking & spending time with close friends and family.
